Volunteering is the heart of a healthy society, and it is people like you that make up this growing movement of caring for others and giving without expectation of return.

The Saudi ADHD Society has only reached where it is today through the benevolent efforts of many dedicated volunteers who give up their time to help improve the quality of life of people with ADHD.
With your tireless efforts we can accomplish so much more. Regardless of your background or amount of time you have available, there are ways that you can contribute and play your part in making a better society, country, and world:
  • Participating in AFTA Student Advocacy Program
  • Participating in awareness campaigns
  • Attracting new members
  • Assisting in workshop on-site organization
  • Coordinating projects or events
  • Kids’ art and drawing activities
  • Clerical tasks, translation, data entry, design, editing
  • Preparing and coordinating production of materials for use in booklets for kids with ADHD
  • Computer skills: Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office
  • Contributing to the AFTA Society website: e.g.
  • Online research for relevant articles about ADHD
  • Online publicizing of AFTA Society events
  • Adapting educational materials for publication through Facebook, Twitter, SMS
  • Preparing and sending external correspondence
  • Preparing articles for publication
  • PhotographiccoverageofAFTASocietyevents
  • Searching for products that may be beneficial for kids with ADHD
  • Participating in research and statistical analysis
  • Giving training / lectures about ADHD
  • Giving training / lectures about organization, career, leadership, public speaking or other skills
  • Acting in awareness plays during publicevents
  • Preparing materials related to symposiums such as invitations, media coverage, media kits, correspondence and thanks and recognition
  • Locating potential in-kind contributors e.g. for printing or designing
  • Finding new sources of support in disseminating educational materials through the media such as newspapers, television or radio
  • Design of educational booklets, brochures, and other materials
  • Designing promotional materials
  • Design and layout of articles for print or online distribution
  • Newsletter design and coordination
